LRQA is expanding its delivery capability across the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands to support retail, hospitality, and food service programmes.
We are seeking experienced, reliable, and customer-focused professionals to join our assessor network as Trainers, Mystery Shoppers and Auditors

These opportunities are freelance / contractor-based and offer flexible scheduling alongside long‑term programme stability.

1. Trainers (Retail & Hospitality Operations)

Location: Canary Islands & Balearic Islands
Contract type: Freelance / Associate

• Proven experience delivering training in retail, hospitality, or foodservice environments
• Confident, engaging facilitation skills
• Strong understanding of operational standards, service quality, and compliance
• Fluency in Spanish (English desirable)
• Ability to travel locally within the islands

2. Mystery Shoppers

Location: Canary Islands & Balearic Islands
Contract type: Freelance / Associate

• Strong attention to detail and objective reporting skills
• Excellent written Spanish (English desirable)
• Reliable, punctual, and discreet
• Comfortable using online reporting systems and mobile tools
• Previous mystery shopping or audit experience preferred (training provided)

3. Auditors Food Safety

Location: Canary Islands & Balearic Islands
Contract type: Freelance / Associate

• Previous auditing experience in retail, hospitality or food safety environments
• Strong understanding of compliance, quality, and risk management
• Professional integrity and confident client-facing skills
• Fluency in Spanish (English desirable)
• Formal qualifications or relevant audit training advantageous
