Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Trainer
to facilitate engaging and effective training sessions that enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training programs, coaching employees, and ensuring a smooth learning experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with experience in delivering training in a corporate or customer service environment.
Conduct training sessions for new hires, upskilling programs, and refresher courses.
Deliver engaging and interactive training using various formats, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning, and workshops.
Assess learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
Collaborate with the Training & Quality Manager to update and improve training materials.
Maintain training records and track employee progress.
Support employees with coaching and on-the-job training as needed.
Ensure training aligns with company goals, industry standards, and best practices.
Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness.
Proven experience as a Trainer, Learning Facilitator, or in a similar role.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage learners and adapt training techniques to different learning styles.
Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, if applicable] is a plus.
Proficiency in training tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and virtual training platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
