THE ROLE:
A Support Worker is known as a Trainer in the Jigsaw model. Trainers build professional and personal relationships with trainees based on mutual respect, enabling and empowering individuals with disabilities to reach their employment goals and feel confident in the workplace. We are looking for perm part-time and casual trainers.
You will work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve agreed outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will be to:
We are looking for someone who can bring a wealth of experience from working in the disability sector and/ or allied health sector to Jigsaw's opening team. This role would also be appropriate for people with lived experience and a good understanding of disability support if they have not worked in the sector previously.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.
We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
