Job Description

Imagine Live is looking for a Live Casino Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training various games and procedures to the company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Organize the training process for card games and other games for interns and current employees
  • Monitor the attendance of interns and follow to make sure they steadily develop their playing skills
  • Take responsibility for organizing and implementing the trainings
  • Prepare reports on the work done by the Trainings Unit
  • Facilitate collaboration between the Trainings Unit, Studio Operations Department, and other units
  • Perform other functions assigned by their immediate manager and arising from the duties for the respective position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, management, or related fields
  • 1-2 years of work experience in the field
  • Good knowledge of English, Spanish and Portuguese languages
  • Detail-oriented, analytical and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of card games
  • Excellent teaching skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
