Your Team

The Trainer, FirstChoice Operations, reports directly to the Senior Manager, Training and Quality and is a key member of FirstChoice Operations Training and Quality team. The Team is responsible for supporting CFS with delivery of administration activities either directly, or through a partnership with an Outsourced Supplier/s.

The Trainer, FirstChoice Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our organisation’s products and services through the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs and robust quality assurance processes. This role combines coaching, instructional design, and quality management to uphold the highest standards of performance and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and implementation of training programs for new and existing employees, ensuring alignment with CFS objectives and change agenda.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training materials, including eLearning modules, presentations, and hands-on workshops in a creative and innovative way.
• Delivery of training programs to CFS employees and employees of our outsourced provider (as required), ensuring consistency and quality in content delivery.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for both large and small groups, as needed.
• Perform, maintain, and continuously improve quality assurance processes and standards to assess CFS performance, any outsourced services, and service/product quality.

Your Capability and Experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar training or learning & development role
• Experience within financial services or wealth management is desirable
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail
• Ability to understand technical concepts and deliver them to non-technical stakeholders

• Foster positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, senior managers, and external partners.

• Utilise customer, adviser, and employee feedback to drive improvements and enhance the partnership.
