
Job Description: · Onsite- M- F · Contract: 6 months could be extended · Shift would be first but would be awesome if someone was flexible and could help with second shift or be interested in second shift · Training Coordinators are responsible for training, evaluating and assisting new hire employees with onboarding and new hire training. Training Coordinator responsibilities include collaboration to identify training needs and to map out development plans for teams and individuals. KEY Responsibilities: · Conduct on-the-job training and instruction for employees using “best practice” methods, including adherence to JBS/OWS. · Help new associates log in, to their systems and guide them · Perform PIT assessments and facilitate training and recertification for internal and potential employees. · Assist with identifying training opportunities, · Complete evaluations of competency for training areas. · Assist with Quality/Safety/HR training and audit documentation as needed. · Create and update JBS/OWS, develop training materials, and establish competency testing through reporting, feedback, and communication processes across all areas. · Support Safety, Quality, HR, and Manufacturing training and maintain audit documentation as needed. · Evaluate Training areas and documents to make appropriate changes to company standards · Provide and record feedback, once evaluations for new hires are completed · Perform process audits and communicate feedback. · Implement a feedback loop to identify training successes and failures. · Own the E-Versatility Tool for the line and ensure continuous information updating within that system. · Maintain employee records up to date with training forms and other new hire documents that require documentation · Lead by example in utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to the safety rules and regulations. · Remain flexible with work hours to support business needs. Will perform other duties as required. · Participation and Engagement in continuous improvement events focused on Safety, · Quality, Efficiency, and Productivity Scope: I see I do, DISS Ideas, KATA, TQW, Kaizen, and others. Perform other duties as required, including learning and leading in other areas as a certified training coordinator. Our initial journey in 1997 at Performix was all about creating applications to bring clean data into data warehouses. This allowed our clients to have reliable data to report from.
In 2000 we started participating in the delivery of the data via web application/web portals. Also we started working on delivering data on smaller Mobile devices (Palm OS/Windows Mobile at the time)
Starting in 2007, with the advent of Apple App Store and then the Google Play Store — our Mobile Application development journey got a big boost; soon Android was available to build comparable Mobile Apps. We built applications cross industry including: Engineering, Manufacturing, Health-care, Government, Retail, and Non Profit.
Our application development moved to the Cloud with the benefits of Cloud development over physical servers. We assisted our clients with their Cloud Strategy and development.
Also, visualization of data played a big role – we built many custom-based solutions – our first visualization solution was built in 2004 using Google Earth and now has evolved to Tableau/Qlikview solutions.
All along our mindset has been solution oriented for our client and not the end user. We always looked for the most optimal and viable solution for our clients in their use of data.
