We are currently seeking a passionate Trainer and Assessor - SEE to join our established and respected organisation. You’ll be part of a well-established employment and training provider delivering services across Elizabeth site.
As a Trainer and Assessor: SEE, you will engage and empower community members, existing workers, and unemployed individuals by supporting them to upskill, reskill, secure, and maintain employment or progress to further education and training. You will motivate and guide participants through quality assessment and training in language, literacy, numeracy, digital literacy, and competency-based skills.
Additionally, you’ll provide employment-related assistance to help participants achieve their goals. This role requires adherence to Government contractual requirements and maintaining compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations.
