The Role

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, working 2 days per week. You’ll deliver engaging first aid and CPR training across workplaces, schools, and community settings throughout Queensland.

Your sessions will be practical, interactive, and scenario-based — helping learners build real confidence, not just complete a certificate.

You’ll:

• Deliver dynamic, hands-on training sessions
• Create engaging learner experiences
• Assess practical competency and provide feedback
• Adapt training to different industries and learning styles
• Travel to client locations as required
• Help people gain skills that could save a life

What You’ll Bring

• Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
• Experience in training, education, emergency response, healthcare, or similar
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence facilitating groups and engaging learners
• A professional, reliable, and positive approach
• Commitment to safety, inclusion, and quality training

You’ll also need:

• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
• Criminal History Check (or ability to obtain)
• Driver’s Licence
