Job Description

Primary Location

VIC - Ferntree GullyTo deliver nationally recognised and non-accredited training to clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with ASQA standards, industry licensing requirements, and EnerSafe policies.

The role focuses on delivering units in First Aid and CPR

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver engaging, compliant training in line with the relevant training package.
  • Ensure appropriate equipment and resources are used for all practical activities.
  • Maintain accurate training records, assessments, and reports.
  • Comply with RTO policies, ASQA standards, and industry licensing requirements.
  • Support Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) processes and gap assessments where applicable.
  • Liaise professionally with clients and participants during delivery.

4. Essential Requirements

  • Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40110 with required upgrades).
  • Vocational competencies and industry experience in relevant units.
  • Certifications and/or licences where necessary.
  • Electrical industry experience and/or relevant licensing (where appropriate).
  • Ability to travel and deliver onsite across various states.
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to transport.
  • Laptop and/or iPad/Tablet.
