Job Description

The Trainer Assessor plays a crucial role in the aerospace industry by delivering high-quality training and assessment to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Based at Perth Airport, this permanent, full-time position is essential for fostering a skilled workforce capable of meeting the demands of the aerospace sector. The Trainer Assessor will work closely with trainees to enhance their skills and knowledge, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programmes in accordance with industry standards and organisational requirements.
  • Assess trainees' competencies through practical and theoretical evaluations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to trainees to support their development and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of training and assessment activities.
  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to enhance training delivery skills.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant vocational qualification in aerospace or a related field.
  • Experience in training and assessment within the aerospace industry or a similar environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with trainees.
  • Ability to develop training materials and assessment tools.
