About the Role

We are seeking passionate and experienced Trainers and Assessors to deliver engaging, practical, and learner‑centred training across Community Services, Individual Support, Early Childhood Education and Care, and Foundation Skills (FSK) programs.

This role involves delivering face‑to‑face, blended, and/or online training to diverse learner cohorts, including students who may require additional support with language, literacy, numeracy, or employability skills. You will support learners to develop the skills, knowledge, confidence, and workplace readiness required to successfully transition into employment or further training.

Sector‑Specific Qualifications and Experience

Community Services

  • CHC32015 Certificate III in Community Services (essential)
  • CHC40321 Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (desirable)
  • Industry experience in community services, youth work, family support, or related human services roles

Individual Support

  • CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (essential or highly desirable)
  • Industry experience in aged care, disability support, home and community care, or similar settings

Early Childhood Education and Care

  • CHC30125 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (essential or desirable depending on role focus)
  • Industry experience in early learning services, childcare centres, or family day care settings

Foundation Skills (FSK)

  • FSK20119 Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways, or
  • TAESS00026 Foundation Skills Integration Skill Set, or
  • TESOL qualification (desirable for LLN‑focused delivery)
  • Experience supporting learners with low LLN, diverse backgrounds, or barriers to employment (highly regarded)

What We’re Looking For

  • Trainers with strong vocational currency in care‑based sectors
  • A learner‑focused approach with the ability to support diverse and disadvantaged cohorts
  • Confidence delivering hands‑on, scenario‑based training and assessment
  • Strong understanding of workplace compliance, duty of care, and ethical practice
  • TAE qualifications (TAE40122 or equivalent)
