We are looking for a Technical Learning Advisor with a mechanical technician profile. By joining the organizational learning team, you will act as both an advisor and trainer, addressing the initial training needs of our new employees. You will work closely with strategic partners to propose learning solutions that contribute to achieving the objectives of the manufacturing plan.

What are your contributions to the team?

  • Integrate and develop hands-on activities into our training programs
  • Set up the necessary learning environments for training
  • Deliver training sessions and support new employees
  • Act as a resource person and provide the technical expertise required to implement new learning solutions and programs
  • Lead coaching sessions to provide feedback to learners
  • Identify and take advantage of opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Promote continuous learning, people development, and operational excellence

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Pre-flight Mechanical Technician
  • You hold a DEC or AEC in Aircraft Maintenance (an M2 License or EASA B1 License or FAA A&P would be an asset)
  • You have experience in learning, adult education, project management, or coaching
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You are able to manage projects effectively
  • You have the ability to influence others
  • You are a strong team player
  • You demonstrate adaptability and a good tolerance for change
  • You have strong organizational and planning skills
  • You are proficient with computer tools (Microsoft Office suite)
  • You are bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
  • You have knowledge of the process for obtaining M2 licenses would be an asset
