Trainer

The Opportunity:

As a trainer, you’re passionate about delivering differentiated instruction in exciting ways. You know that learning styles vary, and you thrive in helping people grasp new information. Bring your passion for delivering an array of training programs to the customer mission area.

As a trainer on our team, you’ll provide in-person and virtual instruction for our customer. You’ll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you’ll be armed with the resources you need to excel, including tool, system, site, agency, and customer support. Be empowered to tap into your creative thinking, technology, intuition, and leadership experience to manage and deliver training using the Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Design Thinking, and ADDIE model process to create learning objectives, ensuring a variety of learning styles for learners' needs.

Use training materials, resources, media, technology, and delivery to cultivate a learning environment that actively promotes learner engagement. Your skills will ensure that we deliver the best quality of instruction.

You Have:  

• Experience delivering and managing training programs to Government personnel
• Knowledge of the military processes
• Ability to flex and adapt to new training requirements
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with virtual or in person Government audience instruction or 6+ years of experience with virtual or in person Government audience instruction in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:  

• Experience with the Air Force and supporting intelligence professionals at NASIC
• Possession of exceptional organization skills
• Master's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
