・ミステリーショッパー・コンシューマーリサーチの企画・依頼サポート
・CSを含むオフィススタッフの教育および業務サポート
・取引先スタッフおよびパートナー企業へのブランドオリエンおよび教育実施
・競合接客サービスリサーチ
・OJTおよび店頭販売応援
・トレーニングツールおよび資材の制作、購入、管理
