【 主な職務 】
このポジションは、VWAG のトレーニング基準に沿った戦略に基づいて日本向けのトレーニング内容や教材を開発、導入します。販売店スタッフのパフォーマンスや生産性を向上させることにより、新車販売や収益など各種目標を達成しディーラー収益を確保することに寄与します。
また、販売店スタッフのスキルアップにより販売プロセスを改善させるために綿密な計画により作成された研修内容が適切に実施されるよう、最適なサプライヤーを選定し、管理運営します。

1) セールストレーニングプログラム、教材の開発
2) 年間実施計画の策定
3) トレーニングサプライヤー管理
4) トレーニングの実施
5) 受講者アンケートなどから品質レビュー、改善
6) 受講者トレーニング履歴管理
7) トレーニングの予算を計画、管理し、与えられた予算が適切に使われるよう
にする
