Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for analysis, project management, and performance coaching. Direct interaction with Program Managers to receive, analyze, prioritize and project manage training development and delivery requests.
  • Conducts any necessary “train-the-trainer” sessions for curriculum they have developed to other trainers.
  • Managing projects to create effective learning solutions on time and on budget.
  • Providing regular updates to leadership on progress and results achieved.
  • Project manage learning and development initiatives including coordination of logistics, managing materials and providing a critical eye to ensure content is ready
  • Monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
  • Deliver training sessions/workshops across a wide range of topics, both face to face and remote
  • Observe coaching sessions and provide development feedback
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Training in a BPO company
  • Experienced with end to end training (new hire, communication and culture, product, upskilling, nesting)
  • Flexible with working on different shifts
  • Must have excellent English communication skills
  • Willing to work in Iloilo
