WiselyWise is looking for Trainers in both Mumbai and Singapore. These faculties need to support delivery of our various courses via our proprietary platform - WiseCentral. Details of the Role is as under:

Trainers

Responsibilities:

• 
  Support the blended learning journey of our learners on our proprietary WiseCentral platform.

• 
  Ensure that our learners get an exceptional learning experience and achieve the required skills outcome.

• 
  Use your Subject matter knowledge and expertise to guide and mentor the learners throughout their learning journey on our platform.

• 
  Course delivery would be in a blended style, in both an online mode via virtual classes and in an in-person class/workshop environment as required

• 
  Responsible for creating and managing the learner cohort delivery schedules, administration, and any other ad hoc requirement as needed.

• 
  Ensure that all learners complete their assignments and projects as per schedule, and complete their digital portfolios

• 
  Assess project assignments and manage the entire assessment process and feedback mechanism to drive improvements in learning outcomes.

• 
  Create and maintain attendance reports, assessment reports, completion reports for the various cohorts.

• 
  Handle all communication, including setting up a closely looped feedback mechanism for every learner, and ensuring the right action is taken as needed.

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelors Degree in any technical discipline preferred

• 
  Experience in a similar training role for technical skills like Java, Python, Machine learning, NLP preferred

• 
  Self motivated and determined to help learners achieve their learning with ease

• 
  Excellent communication skills
