Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
The DST Training Facilitator is responsible for coordinating and conducting new Team Member orientation within the Distribution Center. This role ensures new hires are properly trained on Tyson policies, procedures, safety requirements, and operational expectations. The position also supports onboarding, documentation compliance, training record management, and effective communication between team members and operational departments.
The ideal candidate is an engaging and organized communicator with experience training and developing employees. They should be comfortable speaking in front of groups, have strong administrative and computer skills, and possess the ability to create a positive onboarding experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
