Cooee Holdings is seeking a motivated and reliable Driver (Manual) & Warehouse Person Trainee to join its growing team.

As demand continues to increase, the business is expanding its warehouse operations and offering an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in warehousing, logistics and customer service while completing a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing).

This hands-on role will see the successful candidate play an important part in ensuring products are accurately picked, packed and delivered safely and efficiently to customers. Working within a supportive team environment, the trainee will gain valuable industry experience while earning a nationally recognised qualification.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Driver & Warehouse Person Trainee will assist with a range of warehousing and delivery functions, including:

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
• Receiving, unloading and storing incoming stock.
• Completing local customer deliveries as required.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and warehouse organisation.
• Following safe work practices and warehouse procedures.
• Supporting warehouse operations during busy production and seasonal periods.
• Assisting in maintaining a clean, safe and efficient workplace.

About the Successful Candidate:

Cooee Holdings is looking for someone who is dependable, enthusiastic and enjoys hands-on work within a fast-paced environment.

• A current Australian Driver's Licence (essential).
• An interest in warehousing, logistics and customer service.
• Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience (advantageous but not essential).
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Reliability and a commitment to workplace safety.
