Our client is a leading ERP solutions provider with 12+ years of expertise in transforming business operations through cutting-edge enterprise solutions. They are now looking for Trainee / Junior Software Design Engineers from Sri Lankan public universities to join their team and gain hands-on experience in business application design.

About the Opportunity:

This role is ideal for business graduates with IT exposure who want to apply their knowledge to design business applications without programming. Using the MenSitpi framework, you will structure and define business processes and data models, which will be transformed into working applications

What You Need:

• Undergraduate in Business, MIS, or Accounting from a Sri Lankan Public University.
• Some IT exposure (understanding of business systems & data structures).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in business applications and enterprise solutions.
• No prior experience required just a passion for system design & digital transformation!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design data structures and workflows to reflect real-world business processes.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and system logic.
• Translate business needs into structured application designs (without coding).
• Work with ERP consultants to ensure smooth application implementation.
