• ADVISE We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
• IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
• OUTSOURCE : We support organizations at every stage of their HR and payroll outsourcing journey, helping them operate compliantly, efficiently, and at scale

Our latest fundraising of 500 million euros aims to accelerate our growth and international expansion. Our goal is to double our revenue within five years and become the world leader in HR digital transformation. HR Path is global player in HR Consulting.   We provide professional advice and support to organizations for whom human capital is essential in their HR transformation process.  Having a footprint in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, we are able to offer global support in the development and execution of our customer’s HR strategy.

Atuar em projetos de implementação e melhorias do módulo de WFS e no atendimento de suporte a clientes (AMS) juntamente com consultores sênior para adquirir conhecimento e experiência.

• Elaborar documentações necessárias de cada atividade;

• Colaborar com equipes internas e fornecedores para implementar as soluções propostas;

• Cordialidade ao se relacionar com clientes e fazer devolutivas

• Manter-se atualizado com as últimas liberações e produtos da WFS que envolvem as novas funcionalidades

Requisitos:

Formação completa ou cursando: Administração, RH, Sistemas ou áreas correlatas; Ingles Avançado / Fluente obrigatório;

• Conhecimento intermediário em pacote Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

• Habilidades de comunicação escritas e faladas, com perfil orientado à resolução de problemas e negociação, com iniciativa e capacidade de oferecer novas ideias;

• Conhecimento de alguma linguagem de programação (Javascript) ou banco de dados (desejável)

• Conhecimento de SQL (desejável)
