Your Role

Are you a budding talent eager to dive into the dynamic world of pet nutrition? As a trainee at Affinity Petcare, you'll have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and the innovation development of our beloved brands. This hands-on role will provide invaluable experience in supporting the brand management team, from market analysis to the exciting development and launch of new products.

What you will do

• Support the Trade marketing manager in gathering raw data on the Market, Competitors and Communication
• Contribute to the development of the innovation master toolkit, working closely with external specialised agencies to create the packaging design
• Support the trade marketing manager in tracking the performance of the innovations by gathering performance data (Sell in, Sell out, Market monitoring)
• Support the trade marketing manager in the preparation of the innovation business cases by gathering all relevant data to formulate sounding business assumptions
• Support the trade marketing manager to prepare presentations and any relevant communication material to sell the innovation internally and externally (Global brand plans presentation, Product Key Visuals, product mock up creation, etc.)
  
  

What we are looking for

• University Degree on Business, Marketing or similar
• Ability to analyze data
• Good organizational skills, proactivity, curiosity, willingness to learn, commitment to the job
• Energy and passion to implement new projects
• Italian and English are our main language, Spanish will be a plus
