TCB Programme is one of the graduate programs at CIMB Niaga aimed to build leadership bench-strengths and producing competent, broad-minded, professional bankers in both the National and Regional ASEAN banking industry and other business industries, with the integrity and character aligned with the Bank’s Core Values. It is a 24 months’ program that designed to develop the knowledge and skills of the TCBian by providing experience, exposure, learning and practical work training. Armed with this, you will be able to chart the path of your professional growth with the goal of attaining your maximum potential.

• Max. 28 years old & Single
• Possess Bachelor or Master Degree with GPA min 3.25 out of 4.00 or equivalent
• Outstanding achievement in academic & non-academic activities that demonstrate the following qualities:
• Leadership potential
• Strong desire to learn and succeed

• Creative and innovative
• Ability to Think without the Box
• High energy, enthusiasm and drive

• Highly proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English both written and verbal
• Familiar with digital, data and design (3D) environment and highly passionate about it
• Willing to be placed in all CIMB Niaga location throughout Indonesia
