We are looking for enthusiastic and driven fresh graduates to join our team as Trainee- Site Reliability Engineers.
This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about cloud infrastructure, system reliability, and modern production environments. You will work closely with senior engineers to learn how large-scale SaaS and E-commerce platforms are monitored, supported, and continuously improved.
This is a structured learning role with exposure to AWS, Kubernetes, monitoring systems, and production support practices.
What you’ll be doing:
•Assist in monitoring production systems and identifying potential issues.
•Support the 24x7 operations team under guidance from senior engineers.
•Perform basic troubleshooting of application and infrastructure issues.
•Learn incident management processes and escalation procedures.
•Help maintain dashboards and monitoring alerts.
•Assist in log analysis using tools like CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK, or Prometheus.
•Learn how to write basic scripts (Shell/Python) to automate simple tasks.
•Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to operational runbooks.
•Participate in post-incident discussions to understand root cause analysis.
•Gain exposure to Kubernetes (EKS), cloud infrastructure, and microservices architecture.
•Gradually take ownership of small operational tasks as confidence grows.
What we’re looking for:
•0–1 year of experience (internship/project experience acceptable).
•Basic understanding of Linux (Windows knowledge is a plus).
•Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP).
•Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred – EC2, S3, RDS, Route53).
•Familiarity with at least one monitoring or logging tool (academic/project exposure acceptable).
•Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or similar).
•Understanding of Agile methodologies (theoretical knowledge acceptable).
•Good communication skills (English required).
•Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
•Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
