Our expert-led training programme will equip you with everything you need — from property knowledge to negotiation techniques — giving you the confidence and skills to thrive in an exciting and rewarding industry.

As a Sales Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Chelmsford, you will receive:

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

How you will make an impact as a Sales Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Chelmsford

• Market properties to potential home owners
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
