Trainee – Sales Development Representative

Department: Marketing

We’re looking for fresh graduates who are curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how modern outbound sales works. This is a trainee role leading to a full-time opportunity, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in research-driven outreach, personalized communication, and AI-powered workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-depth company and market research to inform outbound strategies
  • Identify and engage relevant decision-makers across target organizations
  • Design and execute personalized outreach campaigns across channels
  • Craft clear, compelling messaging tailored to each prospect’s context
  • Monitor outreach performance and continuously refine strategies for better results

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Must-Have Requirements

  • Recent graduate from a reputable university (BBA or any related field)
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about businesses and sales processes
  • Basic analytical mindset to interpret outreach performance
  • AI Awareness:
    • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar)
    • Leverage AI for research, writing, and workflow automation
    • Interest in improving efficiency through tools and automation

Nice to Have

  • Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or research
  • Basic understanding of B2B outreach
