If you've already gained experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal and you're ready for more responsibility, this could be the next step you've been looking for.

At Convey Law, we'll help you build on your existing experience and develop the technical knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to progress towards managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.

You'll learn alongside experienced Conveyancers and dedicated support teams, with structured training, hands-on experience and plenty of opportunities to develop.

As you develop in the role, you will:

• Support residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Build your technical conveyancing knowledge through structured training and practical experience.
• Communicate with clients, keeping them informed throughout their property journey.
• Prepare correspondence, maintain accurate records and update our case management systems.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors to help keep transactions moving.
• Manage your workload effectively and work towards agreed service and performance standards.
• Follow regulatory requirements, lender instructions and internal procedures.
• Learn from experienced colleagues through mentoring, feedback and ongoing development.

The Individual

We're looking for someone who's ready to turn their existing conveyancing experience into a long-term career.

You'll need:

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal, specifically within conveyancing.
• A genuine interest in residential property law and developing your conveyancing career.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Great attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
• The ability to learn, adapt and work well in a busy environment.
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to develop.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems.
