Two Career Routes You Choose Your Strength:

Candidate Delivery (Resourcer Route):

• Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates

• Conduct phone interviews and build talent pipelines

• Manage candidate updates and support the full hiring process

• Learn recruitment fundamentals with hands-on mentorship

Business Development (Consultant Route):

• Open doors with new clients

• Pitch, negotiate, and win recruitment projects

• Manage client accounts and deliver results

• Drive your own income and impact from day one

What You'll Do (Whichever Path You Take):

• Learn to use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, CV-Library, and our AI-powered CRM

• Communicate confidently via phone, email, and video

• Manage candidate and client records with precision

• Book interviews, prep candidates, and support the placement process

• Continuously develop your knowledge of your market sector

• Build your reputation in a growing business with real ambition

The First 12 Weeks Commission-Only, Results-Focused:

You'll start self-employed with full access to our tools, systems, and 1-to-1 mentoring from a million-pound biller. You'll be trained, guided, and challenged and if you perform, you'll be rewarded fast.

• Most new starters earn £2K£6K in month one/two

• You'll gain access to premium tech and automation tools

• Full training is provided no recruitment experience needed

After 12 weeks, successful consultants are offered a permanent contract
£25K base salary + uncapped commission + full benefits.
