Trainee Program - Hitachi Rail

If you have recently completed your degree in engineering and are looking for a global challenge with an impact on the lives of millions of people, this program is for you.

What you can expect

During 12 months, you will embark on a unique international experience of learning, practice and growth:

• Participation in large-scale projects in the national and international railway mobility sector

• Development of skills in signalling, telecommunications or digital transformation

• International exposure, working with global teams

• Continuous support from mentors and senior leaders

• Hands-on experience in a fast-evolving and highly technological industry

We are looking for

Engineers with the willingness to learn, grow and make a difference.

Hard Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications and Computers, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science or similar)

• Fluency in English (mandatory)
