Trainee Program Structure

Our Trainee Program is designed to develop well-rounded professionals with a strong technical and business mindset.

You will go through a structured rotation across four key areas of the business:

  • Engineering
  • Purchasing
  • Commercial
  • Operations

Each rotation lasts 6 months, providing hands-on experience, exposure to real challenges, and a comprehensive understanding of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Throughout the program, responsibilities will vary according to each rotation, providing a comprehensive understanding of the business:

  • Engineering: Ensure compliance and accuracy in technical drawings and specifications, supporting the development and quality of engineering deliverables
  • Commercial: Prepare technical and commercial proposals, and engage in daily interactions with customers to understand needs and build strong relationships
  • Purchasing: Manage the purchasing of direct materials for equipment manufacturing, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with project requirements
  • Operations: Support operational activities with a focus on agility, ensuring the timely completion and delivery of equipment

Across all areas, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop a strong business mindset, and contribute to process efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Main Challenge

The main challenge of this role is to continuously identify opportunities for improvement throughout each 6-month rotation and actively contribute to integrating these improvements across different areas of the business.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Degree completed within the last 1–2 years in:
    • Chemical Engineering
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Materials Engineering
    • Production Engineering
    • Food Engineering
    • All Engineering's
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Fluent English
  • Availability to travel
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B) and own vehicle
  • Nice to Have:
    • Knowledge of heat transfer and heat exchangers
    • Familiarity with Power BI and Python
