Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct time studies for production processes and operations using stopwatch or appropriatetime-study techniques.
• Observe and record cycle times, process elements, delays, and operator activities accurately.
• Calculate allowances, performance ratings, and standard minute values where applicable.
• Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks, productivity losses, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare time-study reports, process sheets, and productivity-related reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to understand process requirements.
• Maintain routing in system.

Qualification and Education Requirements:

• B.E./Diploma (Mechanical/production

Experience:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply.
• Knowledge of Fabrication and Gear Assembly.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations.
• Strong communication
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic data analysis.
• Understanding of time study, work measurement, and productivity concepts

Preferred Skills / Special Skills:

• Good analytical and observation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of Time Study, Work Measurement, Line Balancing, and Standard Time calculation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on the shop floor and interact with operators and supervisors.
• Willingness to learn industrial engineering tools and methodologies.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
