Your Role

As a member of the Partner & Clients Services team within our Global Private Wealth department, you will support the delivery of exceptional services to our (U)HNW clients and external partners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the daily activity of the partner and client services team while assisting with cross-border wealth planning operations.
  • Coordinating with brokers, asset managers and custodian banks to ensure smooth execution of operational processes.
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives, operational efficiency, and special projects within the Partner & Client Services department.
  • Maintaining organized records and supporting document management to facilitate accurate reporting and operational oversight.

Your Profile

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or any related field.

  • Business fluency in English and Italian; French/German is a strong asset. Multilingual skills and an international mindset are considered a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.

  • Interest in the life insurance sector, with motivation to grow professionally in a client-focused environment.
