They are offering an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Paraplanner, providing a competitive salary of Circa £27,000, dependent on experience, along with an attractive benefits package.
You will ideally have a solid understanding of the financial services sector and possess the typical traits of a successful Paraplanner—being detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organised. While working towards your Diploma in Financial Planning would be an advantage, a passion for learning and professional development is essential.
This dynamic, mid-sized firm has a well-structured support system in place, enabling Financial Advisers and Paraplanners to efficiently serve both personal and corporate clients.
Trainee Paraplanner Responsibilities:
•    Support advisers by liaising with clients and financial providers to help implement advice.
•    Prepare client reports, documentation, and presentations using approved templates and checklists.
•    Conduct research to help identify suitable financial solutions in line with client needs.
•    Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
•    Ensure all compliance documentation is up to date and correctly filed.
•    Monitor the progress of new business applications and follow up on outstanding requirements.
•    Stay informed about industry regulations and professional developments.
