Our team
At Bootle Specsavers, you'll be joining a welcoming, experienced, and highly collaborative team that is passionate about delivering outstanding customer and patient care. The store brings together colleagues across optics, audiology, retail, and the laboratory, creating a supportive environment where teamwork is at the heart of everything they do. You'll be joining a close-knit and supportive laboratory team of two, working within one of the largest and most modern Specsavers stores in the region. The lab team plays a vital role in delivering high-quality eyewear to customers, working collaboratively with the wider optical and retail teams to ensure an exceptional end-to-end experience. With a strong focus on teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement, the team creates an environment where colleagues are encouraged to share knowledge, develop their skills, and support one another in achieving both personal and store goals.
