What You Will Do
1Focus on reducing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and improving Process Overall Equipment Effectiveness (POEE), while supporting continuous improvement initiatives on production processes.
2Support flawless product launches for new product development or capacity expansion by ensuring seamless handover of process, tooling, line setup, and production information.
3Maintain and optimize operator Work Instructions (WI) and training documents in alignment with the defined manufacturing strategy for each product in mass production, and assist production teams in monitoring compliance.
4Execute the strategy outlined by Design Process Engineers (DPEs), with a focus on hands-on activities during product launch, tooling ramp-up, and production line ramp-up.
5Support production line debug, engineering document preparation and control, new product introduction (NPI), and other tasks assigned by the supervisor or mentors.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering-related discipline.
PREFERRED:Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials, Automation, Electronic Information Engineering, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines is preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:Fresh graduate with an engineering background; internship or project experience in manufacturing, process engineering, product launch, or production support is preferred.
PREFERRED:Knowledge of cable materials, signal integrity (SI), production line debug, engineering documentation, or new product introduction is a plus.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:Engineering mindset with a basic understanding of general mechanical principles and manufacturing processes.
Clear logical thinking and strong problem analysis and problem-solving capability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication and coordination skills, with willingness to work hands-on on the production floor.
Good English capability in reading, writing, and speaking; CET-4 or above is preferred, with basic oral communication ability.
PREFERRED:Knowledge of cable materials, signal integrity (SI), tooling, process validation, or NPI activities is preferred.
