Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Logistica to support our logistics operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in supply chain management within a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of incoming and outgoing shipments.
* Support inventory management activities, including stock counts, reconciliation, and data entry.
* Learn and apply company logistics procedures and policies.
* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, purchasing) to ensure smooth material flow.
* Assist in preparing logistics documentation, such as shipping manifests, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
* Participate in the identification and implementation of process improvements within the logistics department.
* Support data analysis related to logistics performance and efficiency.
* Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the logistics team.

Job Qualifications:**

* Recently graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Basic understanding of logistics principles and concepts is a plus.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive and eager to learn new processes and systems.
* Availability to work full-time.
