In this fast-paced role, you'll be speaking with landlords and tenants, arranging and conducting property viewings, matching applicants to their ideal homes, negotiating offers, and building lasting relationships with clients.

As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in South Woodford, you will receive:

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre

• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions

• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in South Woodford

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
