This is a varied and fast-paced role where every day brings something new. You will be involved in all aspects of the lettings journey, from registering applicants and arranging property viewings to attending appointments and building strong relationships with prospective tenants. As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Romford, you will receive:

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission from day one
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions

How you will make an impact as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Romford

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
