As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Coventry, you will receive:

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Coventry

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
