Strive Global is seeking a motivated and career-driven Trainee Leader to join our team in Fayetteville, NC.

This position is designed for individuals who are ready to develop their leadership abilities while gaining practical experience in team coordination, daily operations, communication, and performance management.

As a Trainee Leader, you will work closely with experienced team members and management while gradually taking on greater responsibilities. You will receive structured training and guidance designed to prepare you for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on leadership and management training
• Support daily team operations and organizational objectives
• Assist with coordinating team activities and priorities
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management
• Help maintain high standards of professionalism and performance
• Learn how to motivate, guide, and support team members
• Assist management with implementing company procedures and initiatives
• Develop problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Track progress toward individual and team goals
• Take on increased leadership responsibilities as training progresses
