Job Description

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Trainee Invoice-to-Cash to support the activities in the dormakaba business services center. We offer a 6-month temporary contract with full-time as well as part-time options for students that let you balance your work and studies and gain hands-on experience.

A job that matters: Your Tasks

• Execute assigned tasks on time and proactively resolve open issues
• Collaborate with team members and other Finance stakeholders to deliver Finance transaction processes
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of customer payments
• Assist with investigating and resolving unapplied and misapplied payments
• Assist with the review and analysis of customer aging reports
• Endorse dormakaba culture and ways of working among the peer group

• Good communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks at hand, time management skills
• Detailed oriented, proactive and structured way of working
• Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
• BSc or MSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field in progress
• Fluency in English
