Overview

Trainee in the Finance TeamHerbalife GBSC Kraków

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the Accounts Payable team in processing invoices, travel & entertainment (T&E) expenses, and intercompany transactions.
• Assisting with processing payments to third-party vendors, employees, and Herbalife Members.
• Resolving Accounts Payable queries and supporting communication with internal stakeholders.
• Participating in team meetings and process-related calls.
• Supporting the Accounts Payable team in daily operational activities and performing ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

Our requirements:

• Student or graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good command of English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (intermediate level preferred).
• Knowledge of Oracle or another ERP system will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer-focused mindset and good communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
