  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with offer management, reference checks, and onboarding activities.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, career fairs, and recruitment projects.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and customer-oriented mindset.
