We are looking for a forklift / trainee forklift Driver to join our existing team at Llanybydder. The role involves driving forklift trucks to transfer animal by-products around the site.

  • Although you will not be required to work in the main production areas, candidates must be comfortable working in a meat factory.

Previous forklift experience is beneficial, not essential as full training will be given to the successful candidate

Responsibilities

Your Main Duties will include:

We would love to hear from individuals who are hardworking and enthusiastic. Your duties will include:

  • Operating forklift and pallet trucks
  • Moving skins and hides to the Skin Shed for further processing
  • Removal of by-products, and understanding the different category of animal by-product
  • Moving product and scanning to the correct locations
  • Communicating with other departments
  • Maintaining general cleanliness of the yard
