Job Description

Overview

At Sisk, we create places and infrastructure that shape how people live, work and connect – now and for future generations. As a family‑owned, international construction and engineering group, we offer meaningful careers across building, infrastructure, rail, energy and off‑site manufacturing throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe, where people are supported to grow, make an impact and be part of positive change.

Are you a newly qualified craft professional looking to progress from the tools into site supervision? Join Sisk’s Trainee Foreman Programme in Dublin, Limerick and across Europe and gain the knowledge, hands-on experience and skills needed to build your career and progress into a Site Supervisor role.

Our structured two-year BUILD Programme is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge and hands-on experience needed to progress from a craft or site-based role into site supervision. You'll work alongside experienced project teams, support the management of onsite trade professionals, help implement Sisk policies, and contribute to the successful delivery of major construction projects. Through a combination of workshops, on-site learning and mentorship from experienced supervisors, you'll develop the leadership and technical capabilities needed to build a rewarding career with Sisk across Ireland and Europe.

  • Shadow experienced Foremen and Supervisors to develop knowledge of site management and work quality.
  • Identify and raise safety, quality or site concerns with the relevant Foreman or Site Manager.
  • Help maintain safe, clean and well-organised working areas across the site.

Experience

  • A strong interest in progressing from a craft/site-based role into site supervision.
  • Willingness to learn and develop through a structured training programme.
