We are looking for a Trainee, Service Documentation to join our global Service organization. In this role, you will help improve the way technical knowledge is captured, documented, and shared across our teams. As a Trainee, Service Documentation, you will work closely with Technical Support and Service professionals to transform valuable operational knowledge into structured, easy-to-use documentation. You will study technical support cases, identify common failure modes and recovery procedures, and help create standardized documentation that supports troubleshooting, training, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
You will also develop internal training materials that help service and support teams build their troubleshooting capabilities and support both onboarding and self-learning. In addition, you will create and maintain knowledge base articles within our CRM system, ensuring that critical technical knowledge is easy to find and use by Technical Support teams around the world.
Working closely with service experts and technical specialists, you will gather information, verify documentation accuracy, and ensure that procedures are practical and user-friendly. Through your work, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation standards and knowledge management practices, helping us deliver high-quality support to our customers globally.
What we expect from you
You are currently pursuing a degree in engineering, information technology, technical communication, or another relevant field.
You have excellent written communication skills and enjoy organizing complex information into clear, understandable content.
You are analytical and capable of understanding technical concepts and processes.
You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
You have a good command of English, both written and spoken.
We also appreciate
Experience with technical documentation, knowledge base systems, or CRM platforms.
Understanding of technical support processes or troubleshooting methodologies.
Familiarity with manufacturing, engineering, scientific, or high-tech environments.
Experience creating training or instructional materials.
