This well-established practice provides a structured support system to help Financial Advisers focus on working with the right clients across both personal and corporate sectors.
You will receive comprehensive training, guidance, and mentoring, ensuring a smooth transition into your new career.
With dedicated Paraplanning and administrative support, plus access to existing, active clients, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress into the role of a qualified Financial Adviser.
Who We Are Looking For
- You may be a second careerist looking for a move into the Financial Adviser role.
- An ideal background would be in Mortgage Advice, Banking, or you are currently working in an IFA/Financial Adviser practice.
- You may not be Diploma qualified (CII, CISI, or LIBF), but you will be keen to study and achieve the qualification.
- You understand the value of building professional relationships, to which you are adept, and you are a confident communicator.
- You are ethical, client-focused, and have strong customer service skills.
- You have the ambition to grow and succeed in a career as a Financial Adviser.
- You will live within commuting distance of Wrexham as the role will initially be office-based.
- You’re looking for a firm that supports you, recognises your strengths, and gives you the freedom to grow.
Salary & Benefit
- Starting salary around £35,000 (depending on experience) plus full employee benefits package.
