This role will provide hands-on execution support across all four strategic finance transformation pillars : Talent, Process, Organization, and Technology, working closely with the Group Director Finance Transformation and team to help deliver the program's ambitious agenda and projects.

Program & Planning Support

  • Assist in maintaining the program master plan, integrated roadmap, and milestone tracker across all workstreams
  • Prepare monthly program status reports, dashboards, and governance packs for the Global Finance Transformation Director and steering committees
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, and action tracking across the core team and governance forums
  • Assist in building and maintaining the Automation & AI Knowledge Hub - uploading content, organizing playbooks, and curating use case libraries

Research, Content & Deliverable Preparation

  • Conduct research on AI and automation trends, best practices, and benchmarks to support the AI & Technology Lead in building the AI Use Case Portfolio
  • Prepare presentation decks, briefing documents, and communication materials for town halls, monthly updates, and stakeholder meetings
  • Support the development of training content, change communications, and engagement survey analysis
  • Draft success story write-ups and quick win announcements for broadcast across the global finance network

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Compile and analyze program KPI data across all four pillars, preparing clear visualizations and trend summaries
  • Support baseline measurement framework data collection — gathering inputs from regions and zones
  • Assist in building and maintaining program performance dashboards using available BI tools
  • Help track and report on automation pipeline ROI metrics and deployment progress

Network & Community Engagement

  • Support the re-engagement of the global finance network — coordinating outreach, tracking participation rates, and maintaining contact lists
  • Assist in identifying and mapping automation champions and AI specialists across regions
  • Manage the program's internal communications calendar and ensure timely distribution of updates

We are offering a 6 month internship starting in mid-June 2026.

Qualifications

You are in Master 2 (Bac+5) from Business Schools, Universities or specialized programs in Finance, Corporate Finance, Audit or Accounting.

  • Ability to use all available information to understand a situation from all angles
  • Ability to combine separate elements to form a coherent whole
  • Ability to convey thoughts, information, ideas or any other message through well-constructed text.
  • Ability to work with several teams without hierarchical links
  • Constantly seek information, regularly learn about new work-related techniques, be open to new things and enthusiastic about a new project
  • Knowing how to listen, transmit information or get a message across in a clear and impactful way, adapting to your audience
  • Dare to speak with honesty and respect to progress collectively
  • English C1 - Fluent
  • French C2 - Bilingual
  • Academic exposure to data analytics, digital transformation, or AI/automation topics
  • Coursework or projects involving process improvement, business intelligence, or change management
  • Strong affinity with online media and communication
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to produce clear, professional documents and presentations
  • Exposure to or genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and digital finance tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Participation in case competitions, finance clubs, or innovation challenges is beneficial
  • Prior internship experience in finance, consulting, or a transformation/project environment is a plus but not required

We offer an internship stipend/compensation equal to or higher than the legal minimum. Candidates are free to choose their own school.
