Trainee & Experienced Technicians

Weekly Working Hours: Annualised hours, Operating Mon-Sat with Shifts Ranging from 7.30 am -6.00 pm (Rota provided in advance)

Hours: Around 40 hours a week

A full UK Manual driving licence (Required)

You don’t need prior experience—we’re looking for people with the right attitude.

Our recent trainee recruits have come from retail, hospitality, beauty, delivery driving and more. If you enjoy helping people and have a passion for cars or hands-on work, we’ll give you the skills to succeed.

With our state-of-the-art tools and equipment, almost anyone can learn to repair or replace vehicle glass confidently.

Starting salary of £28,555.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine people person who enjoys working with customers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Proof of right to work in the UK

What Your Day Will Look Like

No two days are the same.

You’ll be based in one of our centres or out on the road, meeting customers at their homes or workplaces—repairing and replacing vehicle glass to the highest standards using industry-leading tools.

Above all, your role is about solving problems and delivering care that makes a difference
