Job Description

We are seeking a Trainee Educator to join our team. The Trainee Educator will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of educational programs and activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and activities
• Work with educators to create lesson plans and educational materials
• Provide support to students in the classroom and during extracurricular activities
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators
• Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge
• Participate in meetings with educators and parents to discuss student progress and needs
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress

About you:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 18 years and over
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators and other staff members
• Passion for education and a desire to learn and grow in the field
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred
